How to Change Your Microsoft 365 Password

Change via the Microsoft 365 web

1. Visit https://myaccount.microsoft.com and sign in.

2. Go to **Security info** → **Password**.

3. Enter your current password and set a new strong password.

4. Approve via MFA if prompted.

Change on Windows (work account)

1. Press **Ctrl + Alt + Del** → **Change a password**.

2. Enter old and new passwords → **OK**.

3. Lock (Win+L) and sign back in to sync.

Change on macOS (work account)

1. Open **Company Portal** or **Portal Website** if device is managed.

2. Use the **web method** above to change your cloud password.

3. Ensure you update saved passwords in Outlook/Teams.
