Common causes
- Password expired or changed elsewhere.
- Too many failed attempts (account temporarily locked).
- MFA device lost/replaced.
- License changes or mailbox disabled.
What to do
1. If prompted, **reset your password** using the official Microsoft link.
2. If MFA is the issue, contact NTS to **reset MFA methods**.
3. Check device date/time and internet connectivity.
4. Sign out/in to Outlook and Teams after changes.
