Windows ā Known Folder Move
1. Click the OneDrive cloud icon ā **Settings** ā **Sync and backup**.
2. Enable **Desktop, Documents, Pictures** backup.
3. Move large archives to subfolders to prevent sync errors.
macOS
1. Open **OneDrive** ā **Help & Settings** ā **Preferences**.
2. Choose folders to sync and ensure OneDrive is signed into your work account.

- Keep PST/OST files out of OneDrive.
- Avoid special characters and overly long file paths.
